Itinerary

DAY 1: CUSCO CITY TOUR (OVERNIGHT HOTEL IN CUSCO)

Upon arrival to Cusco Airport. Reception and transportation to the Hotel where you will receive an aromatic coca tea to stimulating for the height, will have the free morning to rest and also we suggest you have a light lunch in either your hotel or in one of the surrounded; in the afternoon we will depart on a City tour (entrance to the archaeological centers and museums including) we will visit the Main square, Cathedral, the Qoricancha (temple of the sun) and in addition we will make a route bordering archaeological centers like Sacsayhuaman Fortress, Q’enko, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay, tour finishes 6:30pm approximately at the main square in order you can take dinner in one of the exquisite restaurants in the area, then overnight. (No meals included)

We will pick you up from the hotel between 4:30 am to 4:50 am. We will go with our transport to the community of Cusipata by paved road approximately 1:30 hours, where we will have breakfast, then continue along the branch of Cusipata for a space of 30 minutes more, until you reach the town of Chillihuani, where we will pass through pictures that places like Tintinko, Rio Tigre, observe the Surina Mountain by the town of Llacto, then pass the control of the Municipality of Cusipata, in the place you can appreciate the flora and fauna in their natural habitat. (Llamas, Alpacas, Vicuñas, etc.). Where we will continue our journey along a dirt road for about 20 minutes to reach the starting point of our hike.

Then we begin our adventure to the rainbow mountain for about 1 hour and a half, where we can appreciate panoramic views as the Red Valley and mountains with the snow-capped Ausangate and small lakes, we can appreciate and take pictures of the rainbow mountain. Then we will begin to descend to our starting point for 1 hour and a half approx. There our transport will be waiting for us to return to the town of Cusipata where we will have a delicious lunch after tasting we will return by the same route to Cusco for 2 hours approx. where we will arrive at 4:30 p.m. and we will drop you off near the plaza de armas of cusco

Breakfast. You will be picked up at 7:30 am. Full day excursion to the Urubamba Valley visiting: the colorful Indian market in Pisac where a mixture of color and tradition will be able appreciated besides will have a good opportunity to try our bargain skills on the free time to interact with the local craftsmen to purchase their hand-made souvenirs. The Valley has a distance of 31 km (19 miles) of Cusco, and an altitude of 2,970 ms (9,700 p), Pisac is located to the entrance of the Sacred Valley and followed by Ollantaytambo, the older town continuously occupied of the American continent. The narrow streets of Ollantaytambo, along with their channels that have not varied from the time Inca, evoke their ancestral inheritance, lunch in a typical restaurant and after we explore Ollantaytambo we take the train at Ollantaytambo train station 2 hours to get Aguas Calientes where we do overnight (B, L)

Early Morning: Wake up early for the bus ride to Machu Picchu. The first buses depart at 5:30 AM.
Guided Tour: Enjoy a 2-3 hour guided tour of the main archaeological site.
Optional hikes:
Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain (requires pre-booked tickets).
After exploring, take the bus back to Aguas Calientes.
Optional: Have lunch at a local restaurant before your train back to Ollantaytambo or Cusco.
Evening: Return to Cusco by train and transfer to your hotel.

Breakfast and according time, transportation will be provided to go the airport, time to say goodbye.
